Octsource currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping when this offer is available at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
